How do I reduce the spacing in the header?

How do I reduce the spacing at the header? There is too much white space between my logo and where the meta slider starts.

    Hi tarab

    You can use this CSS to adjust header padding:

    header#masthead .hgroup {
    padding-top: 10px;
    padding-bottom: 10px;
}
