how do I install Influence Plus after I’ve downloaded it?

I signed up for the newsetter, downloaded Influence Plus, unZipped it. Now what? where do I put the files and how do I make wordpress know that they are there? Thanks in advance

    Thanks for your download. To manually install the plugin head to Plugins > Add New and upload the ZIP file using the button provided there.
