How can I uninstall the update – Roll Back the Update – Page Builder not working

I just updated in the middle of working on my site.

All was working well.

Updated and as others have found issues – Visual editor has no content etc.

How can we Roll Back or update to the old version?

Could Site Origin respond to this please along with the other guys that updated to 2.07.

It seems that there are remaining issues and I won’t update from 2.005 until its acknowledged that the issues are fixed.

Maybe a separate note or post would work rather than answering all the threads?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Simon

We are working though a few isolated issues with 2.0.7, but the ones that I’m aware of are all related to updating to version 2.0 as a whole. If possible, I’d like to take a look at the issues. Can you create a temporary admin account for the email [email protected].

For anyone else wondering, you can roll back to an old version by downloading it on our developers page. Just delete the old copy from your WordPress install, then install the version you want to roll back to.

Greg Thanks for your message. Over the weekend I switched off all other plugins again and reinstalled/updated Page Builder 2.07 The Plugin now works. I have then switched on all other plugins one at a time. I now have everything working.

Chrtan – I hope Greg pointed you in the correct direction. I had the plugin 2.05 on my hard drive.

    Hi, I Work Here

Glad to hear you managed to fix everything here. Plugin conflicts can often cause issues. There are some amazing plugins out there, but getting them all to play nicely with each other can be really difficult.

Good luck with your project. The SiteOrigin support team are here to help if you need us.
