Homepage Issue

I’m new to wordpress. I have a query regarding the display of homepage in my website movietrailer.co.in.
There are too many posts which appear in a single page, hence slowing the speed of the site. Is there any option that I can divide it into pages. For example: I have 250 posts> page 1 will show 50 posts> option for next page will be seen in the bottom>another 50 posts and so on.
Or, when I scroll down, maybe I can have an option for loading older posts.
Please help me with this.

    Hi Aashil

    You should be able to change this in your reading settings. Navigate to Settings > Reading in your WordPress admin. Change the setting “Blog pages show at most” to something like 12. This will paginate your home page.

    You should install a jQuery word press plugin to do that. Also you can use WordPress paging plugin for that.
