Home paghe circle icons on Vantage

1. I am unable to see my circle icons on my home page www.dibdos.co.za but I have my home page turned on in the arranger.
2. How do I remove the comments section from all of my pages?
Its my first time using the service and was thinking upgrading but these hurdles are really discouraging. Please help.
