Header text — where is it in the code?

By thebigburke, 9 years ago. Last reply by Greg Priday, 9 years ago.

I want to fancy up the header text which appears in the top right corner of my vantage page. I’d like to mark it up with a link, edit it etc. I’m happy to do this in the code but I CAN NOT FIND the code …

I know where to change the header text in appearance->theme settings… but I’m looking for it in the editor.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Thebigburke

The easiest way to get full control over what’s in the header is by adding a visual editor widget to the header widget area. If you haven’t already installed it, install Black Studio TinyMCE, then navigate to Appearance > Widgets and drop in a Visual Editor widget.
