hello. i design my website with the influence theme. i dont know html or css i only know wordpress
i will like to change the header size- make it 50% longer and change the font size to alittle bit smaller. is it possible?

You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you do not already have a plugin to handle this I would recommend this one.

Please add this into the custom CSS editor
.site-header .site-title { font-size: 22px; }This will adjust the font size. The original size is 24px but you can adjust that down using the above snippet to a size you are satisfied with.
For your other question about the width of the header, that is tied to the page width via Appearance->Customise->General which you have already widened to 1200px. Is this sufficient or did you want the header to be wider than the page.
