Having Logo in menu while keeping the header section

Hi,

I am using vantage theme free version. I am looking for a way to have a logo in the menu and also have a header image. If i select “logo in menu” under theme settings-> layout->masthead layout my header image disappears. Anyone know any workaround to have a logo in the menu and also keep the header image in tack. any help would be greatly appreciated :)
