I currently have my site set up to show the latest blog posts, but for SEO purposes, I wanted some static content in there as well.
Is it possible to have a page with both static content AND showing the latest blog posts for this theme? I tried searching on Google, but many of the tips I read were several years old and for other themes.

That definitely is possible using Page Builder. You’d start by creating your page with any content you want in Page Builder, then adding a post loop widget. There are a few options for the template in the post loop widget. You can display your posts as a carousel, a grid, or as a full blog archive.
