Google Webmaster Missing: author Missing: entry-title Missing: updated

Hi,

I have Vantage Premium theme and when I check the structured data I get the error

Missing: author
Missing: entry-title
Missing: updated

It’s the same for all pages.

I saw other posts related to this but was confused on what to do. I was wondering if there is a plugin I can use, or what is the easiest and best way to fix this issue.

    Hi Mhspb

    Try installing this child theme:

    https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/vantage-child-google-authorship.zip

    The ZIP file must be installed from Appearance > Theme > Add New: Upload ZIP.

    Check things out, test. If it works for you then redo your Customizer and Menu settings as those will reset after activating the child theme.

    The child theme won’t be effective if you’re using the Full Width, No Page Title page template for any of your pages. If you are, you’ll need to change those pages to use the regular Full Width Page template. And then add the following to Appearance > Custom CSS to hide the title:

    /* Vantage Hide Page Title on Full Width Page Templates */

.page-template-templatestemplate-full-php .entry-header {
display: none;
}

    There might be a plugin that can help with this. I unfortunately don’t know of one.
