Full Width Images

I inserted an image into a page builder row and would like it to expand across the screen regardless of user Zoom settings. However, in its current state it shrinks and becomes smaller and not as wide as the page when Zoom settings are lowered below 100%. Settings for the row are Full Width Stretched.

Any suggestions on a resolution to this issue? Thanks!
