Simply trying to post a video.
Video posts, no thumbnail on main page, which, of course, pretty much defeats the purpose.
Installed plugin after reading Focus Video documentation, still no thumbnail on front page.
Posting a video to have a thumbnail on the front page really should not be this difficult, for a page specifically designed to implement videos it really should be a seemless part of the design.

    For thumbnails to show on the home/archive pages each post needs a featured image:
