few problems with vantage

I’am installing your great (I hope) theme, but have some issues:
– slider went to the right
– header menu is too high
Do you have any idea to solve this?

there is nothing installed except that template, no plugins, no other templates, nothing

and I’ve seen, there is newer version of vantage on wp repository than on your website. Why? :)
