Featured Image not displaying on any page

Hi I cannot seem to get the featured image to display on any of my paged. I have changed the theme settings in blog to display featured image but I want a full width featured image on each of my pages. I have disabled all plugins to try and combat this problem but still no image is showing. I don’t want to have to put a single slide slider on every page. this seems to be a problem since wordpress 4.2.2 but no resolve has been found on any forum yet. Please help as I am anxious to get the site completed today.
