Today I was working on a site where we’re using Vantage (free version) and my designer started talking about how it would be excellent to add a hover feature for the “Circle Icon” widget so that another image could transition in and out during mouseover. Feeling similarly, I went ahead and forked the widget into it’s own plugin and renamed the relevant sections so not to interfere with the theme, and then I added a field and relevant CSS to have a second image transition in and out.
After thinking about it, I thought it might be a good idea to share it here so that other users can benefit from it and to suggest that similar functionality be added to the Vantage theme. Please see the link below. Thanks.
