    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Lyn

You can do this using a plugin. This one should do what you need.

    Hi Magus

Thanks so much for this – will try when I get home tonight. I’m sure that’s what I need. I was looking for pitch perfect for my other websites (that I’ve linked to my pitch perfect one through my website settings). I can’t find it. When I search it comes up as ‘not known’ or similar. Any ideas? I’ve put another theme on my other pages as I couldn’t find it but was wanting to experiment with how it might look.
    Cheers

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Lyn

Pitch is only available as a direct download from SiteOrigin

    https://siteorigin.com/theme/pitch/

You can then add this by using the upload option at Appearance->Themes->Add New

    Hi Magus

Thanks for this. I have my own hosted website which I’ve installed WordPress onto. I think the link you gave is for uploading to a word press hosted site? Please could you explain how I can install a favicom via my site? I use a paid for UKservers hosted site.

    Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Lyn

The links supplied are both for all versions of wordpress. The plugin can be installed by navigating to Plugins->Add New and entering ‘custom favicon’ in the search box. When the list of found plugins appears you need to install and activate the one by Harish Chouhan. Once installed navigate to Settings->Custom Favicon. From here you can upload your favicons to the site. If you do not already have a favicon you can generate on from any image on your computer by using this site

    http://www.favicon.co.uk/

To install the theme please download it to your computer from the page linked above. Navigate to Appearance->Themes->Add New and select the upload option at the top. Browse to the downloaded theme and upload from there, then the theme can be activated.

    Hi Magus

Thanks a mil. It’s worked. I didn’t search using custom before – so it was my mistake.

Will experiment with the other linked pages on my website.

    Thanks again, huge help.
    Lyn
