Hi Daniel
Page Builder 1.5.3 should be working with WordPress 4.0 without any problems. If you’d like to try pre-installing the widget bundle you can do so using this link: http://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/.
If you continue to run into problems please try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-testing.

If you’re running Page Builder 1.5.3 then you must run WordPress 4.0. Please upgrade back to WordPress 4.0 and re-test.
If you’re still experiencing a problem with WordPress 4.0 and Page Builder 1.5.3 then de-activate all plugins except for Page Builder and re-test. If the issue is resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.
Failing the above please try testing with all plugins, except for Page Builder de-activate AND a default theme like Twenty Fourteen activated.
Greetings.
I still have the same problem, follow the steps you provided me did not work.
When trying to modify the Panels Widgets already had created shows me the same error.

Help.
Hi Daniel
Sorry for missing this earlier. The crux of the problem is that there is a widget on that given page where the plugin for that widget isn’t installed. You can delete the widget or install the plugin, either way the issue should resolve.
Thanks for the reply, I have uninstalled and installed the plugin, many times, I tried several version of the plugin, but still the error.
tks!
For sure. Sorry for not being clearer. We believe there is another plugin missing. Not Page Builder. For example, Black Studio TinyMCE is a plugin that drives the Visual Editor widget.
