Empty space, how to remove?

Hi I use Page buillder and I have problem with empty space. I can’t remove it.
I want to make that the blue row will touch.

I do that the height of the blue element is the same as the row next t.
But I have a 20 px too much on each row and I don’t know where I must change this.
