embedded video widget for Vantage theme

I am not able to install a widget for embedded video. I have tried text as mentioned in the forum but that didn’t work for me either. Could someone please direct me to a solution. Thank you, appreciated.

Once I used the embedded code from the youtube video it did work in the text box. This solved the problem if using youtube videos. I am still in search of a plugin for other video though please.
