Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Hi guys,

I noticed there is another thread with this issue of render blocking
I’m also using wp super cache but i’m still getting the same issue on page insights i’m also using the free cloudflare account
and still getting the issue of render blocking,
Is there any way to resolve this?
