Duplicate a service row so that another 4 images show directly underneath

Good day

I am currently working a site where I would like to add 4 more services to the theme where there are only 4 services available. I have contact support for the theme and they can’t help me. I’d like to add 4 more services directly under the original services and trying to figure out how to duplicate and then edit that code so that the services display directly underneath which I can’t seem to do with the visual editor.
