Does site origin have a support email, ticket system or any way to contact them??

Does site origin support their plug-ins?

I’m certainly very disappointed in this company so far. Why would I buy anything from them when apparently they have no interest in talking to us common people?

I have found no support system whatsoever, and no working email for support. I must assume that they are not interested in supporting anything they sell or give away.I’m certainly not going to pay for the plug-in if I can’t even get a response from them.

Does anyone know of any way to contact these people?

    The plugin you’re using, Page Builder, is a free plugin, and there is no paid/premium version. We do our best to support it, but being a free plugin, we can’t answer every single question promptly. Supporting a free plugin is a difficult task, especially something as complex as Page Builder.

    Sorry to hear about your disappointment with our efforts. If you’d like, I can suggest alternative plugins that you could try.
