Installer Dashboard gone
I m using the pitch theme. and the dashboard has gone away. please see the following link,
here.

Looking at those files, this looks like some errors with core WordPress files. Is there anything that you can think of that would have modified core WordPress files? One outside possibility is a hack.
Either way, following this guide is a good place to start – http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked
The most straight forward fix would be to replace the core WordPress files with a freshly downloaded ZIP file. Your web hosts should be able to help you with this.
