Customizing Menu Color

Hi. I read the documentation it says To adjust the menu colors, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Menu.
However I do not have the option for Menu under Appearance > Customize. And I do not have other options such as font, color, background image as well..

I only have options for Site Title & Tagline, Navigations, Widgets, Static Front Page.

How can I get these options to customize? Or does it require a premium purchase? I don’t mind purchasing but would like to know it’s capability better first. Thank you in advance!

    Alright. I realised these options will be unlocked when upgraded to premium and I did :)
