Hi, need your help on two things

1. I have installed the page builder, but the Custom home page can’t load. I have tried deactivating some plugins but still the same.

2. How do i edit the banner to add more images to create some sort of slider, am using Estate plus theme.
Counting you on your urgent response.

    Hi Doreen

    1. Try start by running all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.

    Appearance >Home Page not loading is usually a plugin conflict. Did you de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once?

    2. Estate unfortunately doesn’t have a header widget area. Our Vantage theme does though. Perhaps take a look at that:

    Andrew, i still need your help, all the above solutions are not working for me, and i particularly need this theme. The website am trying to build is, http://www.gorillasofuganda.com. please look at it and advise.
    Is there a way we can chat, so you show me step by step?

    Hi Doreen

    What browser are you using while accessing the custom home page? Would it be possible for you to check if there are any Javascript errors?

    I have the same problem with the Page Builder…endless loading, nothing happens.
    If it will not work, i have to get my money back…but i hope, there is a way to get it running.

      1. Try start by running all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
