Custom CSS visual editor not showing site

Hi!
I was developing my site with Vintage theme in the /wp directory. I recently moved the index.php and .htaccess file to the root directory and updated the setting and permalinks.
Everything is fine but Custom CSS visual editor is not showing the site. It shows 404 not found error.
What should I do for Visual Editor working?
