Custom Content Blocks – PageBuilder

Maybe I’m doing this the wrong way. But what I’m looking to do is have a set block of text, and then be able to call on it again. So let’s say Trading Hours so rather than having to repeat text over and over again, edit once repeat many.

I have tried a couple of plugins but they break the page builder, is there a recommened plugin or way of doing this.
