10 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 10 years ago

I have read a lot of Threads about this subject but non solve my problem .
what I already did:
1. Dashboard > Updates: Run all pending updates. Re-test.
2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Re-test.
3. Using my Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors gives me (No inspector to highlight with)
4. the only solution i found is changing my them back to Twenty Fifteen
All I need to know is what trigger the problem in my main Theme and how to fix it

thanks in advance

    Hi Sameer

Unfortunately this might just be a conflict with the AccessPress Mag theme then. Would it be possible for you to ask them if they’re able to diagnose the issue?

The other option would be to just use SiteOrigin CSS as a standard code editor. So just editing the content right there. It’s not quite as useful, and you’d need to learn quite a lot of CSS. It is an option though.
