Hi,
When I go into Apperence/Custom css there is no Inspector window showing. Despite scrolling both bars and going into the visual editor I seem unable to see it.
Any advice would be very welcome,
Many thanks, Daryl

Hi Peakvisiontv
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then it might also be worth switching to a default WordPress theme to check if the issue is theme related.
Thanks Greg,
I disabled all my plugins but sadly your plugin still didn’t work. So it looks like the theme may be the isssue (Templatic Video theme). As I’m mot wanting to change the theme it sounds like I may be out of options.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Daryl
Hi Daryl
Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately if the theme is causing a conflict and you don’t want to change the theme, then you might not be able to use the SiteOrigin CSS visual editor mode. One option would be to contact the theme developers directly and ask if they can fix compatibility.
We can’t fix things from our side because it’s a commercial theme and we don’t have access, but it’s very likely they’ll be able to fix things from their side.
