Creating an Automatic Table

I’ve run into an issue with making a table fill out automatically.

The table is to be used for a competition my company is running, so I need the “Button” to add people who want to join the event onto the table.

This is what my table is right now (very basic I know).

Is there anything I can add to this so that A) my table with auto generate a Win Ratio based on Won games and Played games and B) Automatically add new participants who have clicked the Join Us button.

I am very new to using WordPress, only just started in the last couple of weeks.
