I need a contact form with the ability for my customers to upload a photo for use with business cards. Is there a free option that works with SiteOrigin Page Builder?

    It seems like Contact Form 7 might have this feature – http://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/

    Something like Ninja Forms is free, and it works with Page Builder, but their file upload feature is a paid addon. https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/file-uploads/
