Contact form does not send e-mail

Hi,

The contact form will not send e-mails.

My e-mails are working on the server and have been tested. In order to try to get the contact form to work, I then downloaded an smtp server app wp-mail-smtp which I installed and tested, but your contact form will still not send e-mail.
I have disabled Akismet.

I have also installed WP Mail Logging which logs all outgoing mails. This logging is correct for all test messages from wp-mail-smtp.
I have also tested with the following scripts which correctly send e-mails.

I am using Woocommerce with the storefront theme.

Please can you assist me?
