Conflicts with wp-types plugin

I have been experiencing a problem today where it seems that Page Builder is conflicting with wp Types plugin. I created a parent post type and a child post type using types plugin and created some posts of both types with page builder. Then I edited one of the parent post. In result, all its child posts are replaced by the content of the parent post.

Any help would be most appreciated.
