Don’t you have a support ticket system?

I’m having a conflict between the what WordPress CKEditor plug-in and Site Origin Page Builder.

Understand that I have tried every recommendation I could find online from multiple websites. Of done each of the following numerous times and nothing works:

1. Disabled all plug-ins.
2. Alternately activated CKEditor and Page Builder.
3. Tried several default WordPress themes including twenty fourteen and others.
4. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled each plug-in (CKEditor and Page Builder) over and over.

Right now, every plug-in is disabled in I’m using a default WordPress theme. There is no way to make these 2 plug-ins work together.

Specifications:
• WordPress, version under 4.1.1. I cannot figure out what version installed but the update page indicates that WordPress 4.1.1 is available.
• CKEditor for WordPress, Version 4.4.5
• Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Version 2.0.7

Please do not ask me to check something that’s already listed above. There are no other plug-ins involved in I’m using a default theme. In your form you claim to a fix this problem numerous times to many people yet here it is, still not fixed.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Techeq

Unfortunately, we are only supporting the TinyMCE editor in Page Builder through the Black Studio TinyMCE plugin. This is the editor that WordPress itself uses, so it makes the most sense for us to support it.

Would it be possible for you to point us to threads where we claim to have fixed support for CKEditor? This would have been a mistake as we have not fixed this. I will post follow-ups to let people know that the issue has not been fixed and we’re more than likely not going to be able to fix it.
