Conflict with Essential Grid plugin?

Hello. I’m having an ongoing issue using Essential Grid (image carousel plugin with Page Builder. Essential Grid support have taken a look at the site and have suggested that there is a conflict with Page Builder. When I insert Essential Grid short code using standard text/page editor, it appears on the page, when I insert using Page builder, it doesn’t. Thing is, I really like Page Builder and my homepage is built around it. It’s really stopped me progressing with my site so any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
