I’d like to replace the blue icon in the header. I choose an png or jpg with 25×25 but nothing happens. New icon does not appear.
Any help?

Can you try going to Jetpack > Settings and de-activating the Photon module. Not 100%, but that might be the problem. After that you might need to re-add your logo to Theme Settings.
