Circle icon effects

Hi SiteOrigin,

I’m in bit of a mingle, i just changed website themes “To Vantage”

and i want to know if there is anyway i could change the HomePage circle icons with any custom css so they do a 360 spin?

For example like this theme’s circles http://inkthemes.com/wptheme/traffica-theme/

Or just a normal transition that makes them ease in and out “almost like a zoom-in zoom-out display on hover”?
