Changing font color in widgets

Hi there,

I am trying to change color of witget title (h3 inherited from body) and I want to change it in widget, not in body. I cannot find this part of code wher this can be changed.

I built a footer out of 4 layout bouldiers to which I put widgets. It looks like this at the moment (progress mode ;) http://awesomescreenshot.com/0175hr0seb and the h3 font is the same which used in body.

Could ou please help me? Developer in browser sais it should be changed in css.front for SO but for the first time I see your css file for siteorigin-panels/css/front.css so short and without any options of mofdification for someone who understands a bit but is not an expert ;).
