Change Footer in Vantage

Hello ! First of all i would like to congratulate you for the great job you’ve done with the Vantage theme…it’s pretty awesome and i love it !!!
Well , on the other hand , i have a problem about changing the footer…i want my site’s footer look exactly like this Goodwin Procter LLP ‘s page footer i’ve found over the internet :

Instead of this site footer categories (link to pages) i would like to put mine site’s categories
also i want to change the colors…where is light-grey i want it dark-grey and i want to replace this darkblue with black. But i don’t know how to do this to look exactly the same except only with my correspondant pages and colors.
Can you help me with footer’s changes ?
