Can’t see Page Builder in my toolbar

I’m using the Premium version of the Brickyard theme and I’ve activated all the plugins needed, including Page Builder. But the Page Builder tab does not appear next to “Visual” and “Edit” when I select new page. It’s at the bottom of the page and nothing happens except to throw me back up to the top of the page when I click those buttons (Add widget, add row, switch to editor). It has a drop-down menu for “class”: default or Brickyard. I’m so confused. Can you help me?

    Hi Rachel

    Thanks for running Page Builder.

If you’re running WordPress 4.0 please ensure that you have Page Builder 1.5.1 installed. If you have both WP 4.0 and Page Builder 1.5.1 installed please temporarily de-activate all plugins not made by SiteOrigin. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one to find the conflict. If the issue persists try testing with a default WordPress theme activated, Twenty Fourteen for example. If the issue resolves with Twenty Fourteen activated you might need to get in touch with your theme authors.
