I installed the make theme template that uses builder, when I switched to a different theme the page builder menu stayed on my new theme. I can’t figure out how to get rid of it.

The Make theme has their own page builder plugin bundled with it. For help with this, you could try posting on the Make support forum directly https://wordpress.org/support/theme/make
