Can’t enable premium on Toothpaste theme

I’m trying to enable the premium features of the toothpaste theme. When I try, i get this error:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

URL is: /wp-admin/themes.php?page=premium_upgrade

Anyway around this?
