Can’t Change Text Size In Hero Image

I just watched the tutorial on Hero Image and I am unable to re-size the text as Greg instructs. In fact, the button he clicks on doesn’t exist on my menu in the editor. It is replaced with a button called “Formats”. When I click that button, nothing happens.

I would post a url of the problem, but non exists as of yet.

    I reloaded the page and it all started to work.
