Cannot Save Changes in Page Builder

Black Studio TinyMCE Widget is breaking my Page Builder. When I try to make any edits in any widget in Page Builder, the changes don’t stick when I click the “Done” button. Updating the page or saving the draft do not make any difference. I’ve deactivated every single plugin and tested each of them by activating them one-by-one and testing if I can modify widgets in Page Builder with the respective plugin activated. The only plugin causing a problem is the visual editor widget plugin provided by Black Studio (Black Studio TinyMCE Widget), which is the very plugin that your company recommends for visual editing.

All of my plugins are up to date.

I am using a theme sold by ThemeTrust called “Create”. It requires the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin to work properly.

How do I get this fixed? Everything installed is what your company claims is supposed to work together.
