Cannot click on PageBuilder buttons

I keep trying to click on pagebuilder buttons like add a widget and it’s not clickable. I have to click and move my mouse like 100 times around the box to get it to finally click which of course I can’t keep doing.

    Please run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.

    Then run through the steps outlined here: https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/.

    Lastly, if nothing else has worked, please change over to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test.
