Bullet List Issue

I’m using the current versions of PageBuilder and BlackStudio TinyMCE widget. I’m trying to create a bullet list and it’s saving as a table. I used Pagebuilder and added the Visual Editor widget. Same result – table vs. bullets. Here’s the code:

Separately, I linked the wrong twitter account to my profile (my client’s, not my own). How can I rectify that?
