Blog posts not showing up

I am trying to change one page on on my site to a blog template. The first problem is that no matter how many times I save it the next time I come back to the page it goes back the default template. The second problem is that when I try to add any content to the page it will not show up on that page.

    Hi

    This page does look to be saved as your Blog page: http://c48.7ec.myftpupload.com/real-solutions-blog-2/. Once that page template is used no other content will render on the page. What you can do is change the template to Default or Full Width and then use the Page Builder tab. Insert a Post Loop widget to insert your posts and then insert other widgets around the Post Loop widget as required.
