An unnecesary property “margin left and right -15px”

Hi!
I’m having an issue with this property. The “margin-left: -15px” and “margin-right: -15px” are written at the beginning of the web’s source code for some ID like “#pg-4-2” , “#pg-4-4”. (It’s written in the tag “style” with the ID siteorigin-panels-grids-wp_head).
There is a content’s block with width=1280px, for example. It’s more than size of my screen. So there is a horizontal scrolling when there is vertical scrolling because of these properties, which increase width of the content’s block of 30px.
I don’t know why this property should be and how it appears. How can I set my own value of this property?
I’ll be grateful for an early reply.

P.S. I suspect that is the case when the block is divided into several parts (for example, “#pg-4-2” consists of a “pgc-4-2-0”, “pgc-4-2-1”, “pgc-4-2-2” and etc.)

    Hi C_sanches

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

I’m afraid, i haven’t a public URL, coz my site is locating on the localhost. I’ll try to explain.
Width of the content of the page is 100% from width of the screen. And when I make 2 or more columns of the block (as i wrote, “#pg-4-2” consists of “pgc-4-2-0”, “pgc-4-2-1”, “pgc-4-2-2” and etc.), The “margin-left: -15px” and “margin-right: -15px” are written in the index-file in the “head” tag. So the final width of the content becomes 100% + 30px and therefore there is a horizontal scroll.
I hope i was able to explain to you well.

No problem. Which theme are you using? I’ll replicate locally.

If you mean a site’s theme, im using Twenty Thirteen v1.3. Page Builder by SiteOrigin v2.2 is installed.

The negative margin you’re seeing in the Page Builder head CSS block is a function of the setting found at Settings > Page Builder > Layout > Row Gutter. Your Row Gutter is most likely set to 60.

The content block being full width is a function of Row Layout. You can edit row layout by clicking the wrench icon far right on any row the Layout > Row Layout.

Yes. You are right. Row Gutter is set to 30. It’s mean the negative margin left and right, -15px. Thank you very much for your reply and clarification!
