Alignment of menu bar with logo

Hello ,
We are new to WordPress and this is our first website in WordPress.
We are trying to align Menu bar with our Logo. As it is at top of the navigation bar. We even tried to get it below using css in editor , but there was problem with hovering.
So is there any way to fix this ????
