After update issues

Hi,
I just noticed after recent wp update that my site went completely upside down.
Header menu went bottom of the page and I cannot navigate at all in my site.
I tried deactivating all the plugins, but that didn´t do any good.
I´m newbie, so excuse me if this is some very simple thing to solve.

    Hi Antti Alatalo

    This seems to be a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings. Under the Logo tab is a setting called Constrain Logo Height. Enable this setting.
